Dailey Hot Sauce Eating Challenge

Those with a passion for fiery flavors and a bold spirit are invited to participate in the Hot Sauce Competition on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants will face the challenge of sampling tortilla chips coated in a range of hot sauces, each crafted from a variety of peppers known to increase in heat on the Scoville scale, all while answering a series of “burning” questions.

Participants who manage to consume all the food items provided will be rewarded with vouchers that can be redeemed at the festival’s food trucks.
