The Novi BBQ Fest will feature over 20 Pitmasters from the great State of Michigan in addition to national BBQ trucks offering Ribs, brisket, burnt ends, pulled pork, chicken, sausage and delicious sides such as Mac and Cheese, coleslaw and pit beans. The entire Festival is dedicated to highlighting unique and delicious styles of BBQ.
Pitmasters from across metro Detroit will celebrate the culture and diversity of Michigan’s and the Midwest’s BBQ scene by selling their specialties dishes that highlights the diversity of BBQ cuisine.
